Screw It drywall fixings are a one and done solution for curtain tracks, radiators, TVs, shelves, heavy pictures, mirrors and cabinets. Whether a builder or diyer Screw It fixings allow you to Screw It with confidence into drywall. Suitable for dot and dab walls, insulation backed board and stud walls.

Screw It fixings actually hold far more than the stated weight (upto 139Kgs/300lbs) - but we believe in safe screwing and take precautions. Screw It fixings are tested in the real world which means we test using brackets and iron weights, so the figures quoted are what you can expect and include an element of shock loading when a weight is hung from the fitting (and not always very gently). Furthermore drywall is only strong if well handled, dry, and secured to specification (drywall screws should not penetrate the paper surface). Screw It set a realistic safe load which might be lower than that quoted by competitors but is safe in the real world.

HOW TO SCREW IT

Screw It fixings are activated by turning the central clamp which forces the retaining wings to extend.

Insert a self tapping screw though your fixture (shelf, bracket etc.) and through the Screw It, and the clamp clamps down on the retaining wings forming a flat retaining bar over the hole and minimising the stress on the hole edge, which is what make Screw It fixings stronger in real world tests than competitors fixings.
